Welcome to Cotillion & Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, services, or digital platforms, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before engaging with Cotillion & Co. and its affiliated divisions.
1. Services & Scope
Cotillion & Co. operates as a global marketing, brand scaling, and consulting agency headquartered in Canada. We serve clients worldwide in strategic brand architecture, design, content, UX, scaling, and luxury brand development. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that outcomes depend on client collaboration, market forces, and other external conditions.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate and timely information necessary for the execution of services.
Maintain open communication for approvals, revisions, and feedback.
Ensure that intellectual property, data, or content provided does not infringe on third-party rights.
Comply with local regulations when engaging our services internationally.
3. Intellectual Property
All strategies, designs, content, and materials created by Cotillion Court remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred by written agreement. Unauthorized use, duplication, or resale is strictly prohibited.
4. Payment & Currency
All fees are outlined in a written proposal or contract.
Fees are quoted in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified. International clients are responsible for any conversion or bank transfer fees.
Payments must follow agreed schedules; late payments may result in suspension of services.
Fees are non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy.
5. Limitation of Liability
Cotillion & Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. No guarantee is made of specific commercial outcomes, as results depend on variables beyond our control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Work completed up to termination remains payable.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts, except where mandatory local consumer laws apply.
