Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: September 2025
Cotillion and Co. provides bespoke, service-based engagements that are tailored to each client. Accordingly, all fees are generally non-refundable.
1. General Policy
Payments for consulting, branding, or creative services are final.
Deposits/retainers secure resources and are non-refundable.
2. International Client Considerations
Refunds, if granted, will be processed in CAD. Currency conversion fluctuations, bank transfer fees, or international transaction delays are outside our control.
Cotillion and Co. complies with mandatory consumer protection laws in the client’s jurisdiction where such laws cannot be waived.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered for:

Duplicate payments.

Services not delivered due to our inability to fulfill contractual obligations.

Valid requests made within 7 business days of payment.
4. Revisions Instead of Refunds
Where possible, Cotillion & Co. will prioritize service adjustments, revisions, or credits toward future engagements to maintain satisfaction.
5. Governing Law
Refund matters are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada, except where international consumer laws mandate otherwise.
